I can't update my email in the billing and shipping section

If you're unable to update your email in the billing and shipping section, please send a screenshot of the error message you're receiving to your agent. This will help us identify the issue and escalate it to our technical team if necessary. If you've successfully updated your email but still see a note to change it, you can disregard this note as it may be a system error, or follow up with your agent if a new issue is created.
