Due to the custom nature of our printed and embroidered apparel, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item is misprinted, materially flawed, or defective.
For clarity, an item is considered materially flawed or defective if it has a manufacturing or production issue that significantly impacts its appearance, function, or wearability, including:
Qualifying issues:
- Incorrect design, artwork, or personalization (not matching the approved proof if one was required)
- Significant print or embroidery defects (e.g., major misalignment, missing elements, severe color errors)
- Visible damage or flaws in the garment (e.g., holes, tears, broken seams)
- Staining, discoloration, or ink bleeding caused during production
- Incorrect item received (wrong size, style, or product)
Non‑qualifying issues:
- Minor variations in color, placement, or sizing within standard production tolerances
- Slight differences between digital proofs and final production (e.g., screen vs. fabric appearance)
- Normal garment characteristics (e.g., fabric texture, slight shrinkage)
- Issues resulting from customer-provided artwork (e.g., low-resolution images)
- Damage caused after delivery (e.g., washing, wear, or improper care)
All claims must be reported within 7 days of delivery and may require photo verification.
