If you require your order by a specific date, please ensure to include this date when you place your order. Please be aware that rush services are case by case due to the custom nature of our printed and embroidered apparel.
In-stock items will ship 1-2 business days of order receipt. Made-to-order (on-demand) apparel items that require decorating will ship approximately 5-7 business days of order receipt. Made-to-order apparel items and in-stock items will ship together once the apparel is decorated.
If you would like to increase your shipping method to be expedited shipping you will be required to cover the additional shipping fees, if your order was paid by a credit card our Customer Support team will need to be contacted and provide you with the additional shipping fees payment link. Please note: Based on the contents of your order, some orders will ship from various locations, therefore your order may be in several stages of production. If the order has already shipped.
We cannot guarantee address changes can be accepted after a package has shipped and left our facility. We will contact shipping carriers to request the change however based on what stage the shipment is in will determine if the address change can be accepted.
